If you are buying your new home off plan from a house Builder or properly Developer it is essential that the works are completed to the correct standard to make sure there are no problems with your newly finished home.
We undertake a thorough inspection of your new home to identify any items which to the untrained eye might go unnoticed until you have moved in or, this may go unseen for a number of years until you come to sell your home and the matter is picked up by your buyers Building Surveyor.
Our snagging list will allow you to provide the House Builder with a list of repairs and outstanding works which require correction or finishing before you complete on the property. Or, if you have already moved in, before the House Builders warranty expires.
